RETURNS POLICY

We hope your love your Emmeline Store pieces as much as we do, however if you've changed your mind you can return your item(s) to us provided:

* Items are returned within 14 days of the delivery date

* Items must be unworn and in resealable condition

* Pierced jewellery items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons

* All items must be returned with packaging provided, i.e jewellery must be returned with accompanying silver box

* You must obtain proof of postage when returning items to Emmeline Store. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund your order

* Costs of return postage must be covered by the customer

* We reserve the right to not refund any returned items if they fall outside of the terms of the returns policy

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

* Fill out the returns form included in your order, making sure to include your name, address, order number, list the item(s) you wish to return and highlight your reason for returning them

* Enclose your returns form in your parcel with the items you wish to return, using original packaging where possible

* Take your package to any Post Office in the UK

* Ensure to obtain proof of postage, and a tracking number where possible

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Depending on the service used packages can take up to 10 days to arrive back with us. If the refund meets the Returns Policy above funds will be issued to the payment method originally used for purchase within 5 days of the date of Emmeline Store received the parcel.
